Étude sanitaire mammaire et pertes laitières conséquentes en élevage bovin hors sol dans la région de Monastir (Sahel Tunisien)

Abstract
The objective of this work is to evaluate mammary health of cows, based on cellular characterization of milk, individually by neighborhood from the Californian Mastitis Test (CMT) and by herd collective from counting Collective Cellular. These two screening methods give an idea of the cell quality which allow the assessment the state of mammary infectious. Next, a estimate quantitative losses related to cellular rate high milk, according to CMT scores using the model established by the SNGTV French and Tunisian Model adapted to the context. The study was performed on a sample of 30 cattle farms aboveground in the region of Monastir during two different periods of the year: A follow-up accomplished in September, October and November and the other follow-up is conducted in February, March and April. The mammary health diagnosis has been taken following an assessment of somatic cells in the individuel milk and of herd. The mammary health diagnosis showed that 60% of herds are infected means of the CMT and 84% of rearing have CCC an average > 200,000 cells/ml.
